Showcase your products and/or services to our community! With prime foot traffic and thousands of attendees, it's an opportunity to connect and grow.
Vendor Registration Resources
- Vendor and Food Truck Spaces are limited and first come first serve
- Booth/Entry Fee is $50.00 per space and must be paid ONLINE
- Booths will be open to the public July 26th at 10:30 AM
- Registration and set up will be Friday July 25th at 3-6 PM or July 26th 7 AM-10:30 AM
- Booth Sizes are 10 ft X 10 ft
- All booth space is inside the Exhibition Building
- Food Trucks will be outside
- Take Down and removal of booths must be completed by July 27th by 10 PM
- Exhibitors is responsible for setting up and taking down their own booth
- One Table and 2 Chairs will be provided per booth
- All trash must be disposed of Dumpsters are located throughout the Fairgrounds
- The Finney County Fair, City of Garden City, Finney County, Finney County Fairgrounds is not responsible for injury, loss or damage of any artwork, product or display in the show
- The Finney County Fair reserves the right to deny a vendor
- This application does not denote an offer for space. This is not a contract, due to limited space of 35 booths, booth spaces will be assigned in order they are received, and payment is received. We will begin reviewing applications and send out final confirmation. Refunds will be provided is your application is not accepted.

- What makes you a GOODS VENDOR?
- You are selling product(s) that are non-food items such as handmade crafts, home decor, jewelry, clothing, or other unique goods.
- If selling food, the items are typically packaged for take home consumption, such as baked goods, jams, or artisanal snacks. These food vendors offer products that are not intended for immediate consumption at the fair but are intended to be enjoyed later by the customer.
- The only date available for GOODS VENDORS is 7/26/2025.
- What makes you a FOODS VENDOR?
- You are selling prepared food or beverages that are intended for immediate consumption on-site, but are not operating out of a food truck.
- This can include items such as hot meals, snacks, or drinks that customers can enjoy while at the event, often served from a booth, cart or stand.
- Dates available for FOODS VENDORS are 7/19/2025, 7/23/2025, 7/25/2025, 7/26/2025.
- What makes you a FOOD TRUCK?
- You are selling prepared food or beverages that are intended for immediate consumption on-site, but are operating out of a food truck.
