Food Truck Vendor Registration Resources


  • Food Truck Spaces are limited and first come first serve. 
  • Entry Fee is $50.00 per space and must be paid ONLINE and is non-refundable.

  • Saturday, July 18 – Kick-Off Concert
    5 food truck vendors needed

  • Wednesday, July 22 – KPRA Rodeo
    4 food truck vendors needed

  • Friday, July 24
    3 food truck vendors needed

  • Saturday, July 25
    5 food truck vendors needed

  • Food Trucks will be outside
  • All trash must be disposed of Dumpsters are located throughout the Fairgrounds
  • The Finney County Fair, City of Garden City, Finney County, Finney County Fairgrounds is not responsible for injury, loss or damage of any artwork, product or display in the show
  • The Finney County Fair reserves the right to deny a vendor
  • This application does not denote an offer for space. This is not a contract, due to limited space, applications will be review and then either approved or declined, email will be sent out either way. Payment is required before being considered. Refunds will be provided if your application is not accepted.

Good & Food Vendors Registration Resources


  • Vendor Spaces are limited and first come first serve
  • Booth/Entry Fee is $50.00 per space and must be paid ONLINE and is non-refundable.
  • Booths will be open to the public July 25th at 10:30 AM
  • They only time for Registration and set up will be Saturday July 25th from 7am - 10am
  • Booth Sizes are 10 ft X 10 ft
  • All booth space is inside the Exhibition Building
  • Take Down and removal of booths must be completed by July 25th by 10 PM
  • Exhibitors is responsible for setting up and taking down their own booth
  • One Table and Two Chairs will be provided per booth
  • All trash must be disposed of Dumpsters are located throughout the Fairgrounds
  • The Finney County Fair, City of Garden City, Finney County, Finney County Fairgrounds is not responsible for injury, loss or damage of any artwork, product or display in the show

    • You are selling prepared food or beverages that are intended for immediate consumption on-site, but are operating out of a food truck.
    • Dates available for FOODS VENDORS are 7/18/2026, 7/22/2026, 7/24/2026, 7/25/2026.

  • What makes you a FOODS VENDOR?
  • You are selling prepared food or beverages that are intended for immediate consumption on-site, but are not operating out of a food truck.  
  • This can include items such as hot meals, snacks, or drinks that customers can enjoy while at the event, often served from a booth, cart or stand.
  • Dates available for FOODS VENDORS are for sure 7/25/2026. But will also consider 7/18/2026, 7/22/2026, 7/24/2026 if your interested and approved. 


  • What makes you a GOODS VENDOR?
    • You are selling product(s) that are non-food items such as handmade crafts, home decor, jewelry, clothing, or other unique goods.
    • If selling food, the items are typically packaged for take home consumption, such as baked goods, jams, or artisanal snacks. These food vendors offer products that are not intended for immediate consumption at the fair but are intended to be enjoyed later by the customer.
    • The only date available for GOODS VENDORS is 7/25/2026.
